Declaration of accessibility

This accessibility statement applies to the www.sckg.si website. The website is administered by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia. 

We want to make the website as accessible as possible to the widest possible range of users, so we are constantly designing and adapting it to make it as accessible as possible to users with visual, mobility, hearing, speech and understanding impairments, and of course also to people with situational impairments. 

Level of compliance 

The www.sckg.si website is partially compliant with the Public Sector Web and Mobile Accessibility Act (PSMA). 

The web pages and content have been developed in accordance with international guidelines for web content accessibility and comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1). The accessibility compliance of www.sckg.si with the WCAG is level AA. 

The site does not use any special customization, but provides all the customization and usability features required by the standards, such as: 

  • The site is clear and properly structured, 
  • Allows standard zooming with browser functions (Ctrl+ to zoom in Ctrl- to zoom out), without loss of functionality and while being adaptable to different devices. 
  • The page is fully keyboard-driven and the entire operation, including scrolling, is predictable. 
  • Images and other graphical elements are appropriately labelled and/or described. 
  • The page contains all the necessary visible and invisible clues to ensure clarity and good accessibility for screen readers. 
  • Text is as simple as possible and structured by headings, paragraphs, lists. 

The reasons for partial and not full accessibility are set out below. 

Unavailable content 

This is a new site and we are still updating some of the content, while at the same time addressing any accessibility issues as they are detected. We regularly monitor and improve the accessibility of www.sckg.si. All content maintainers are trained in the preparation and publication of accessible content. However, we are aware that errors in publication may occur. 

As a result, at some point in time, some of the published content may not meet all accessibility requirements as set out in the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Apps Act. If you come across such content, please bring it to our attention. 

We endeavour to correct any newly discovered deficiencies as soon as possible.
